Caring For and Cleaning Your Sex Toys

Once your toys are clean, they should also be properly stored and maintained. Always use lube meant for silicone toys when bringing them into the bedroom, and never store these types of toys in a drawer or other place where two or more can touch one another - they can actually bond together over time. Never store toys in bags or even in dresser drawers until they are dry. Storing a wet item could cause mold to grow, and that's a potential health hazard with which you never want to risk contact.

When it comes to maintenance, the life of anything that operates using batteries can be prolonged by simply removing the batteries between uses. This keeps them from running down and also totally removes the possibility that a battery can become old or burst inside the vibrator, spilling its chemicals inside the toy.
