We strongly believe that our customers deserve only the best customer service and quality products. This is why we stand by the quality of our products and the satisfaction of your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to swap it for an item of equal value then just give us a call or send us and email BEFORE sending the item back to our returns department at:

We urge you to please select carefully as although we offer exchanges, a customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning a product(s) to us.

We will exchange items or garments that do not fit provided that:

- The garment is returned within 30 days of receiving it.

- The garment labels or swing tags are still attached to the garment.

- The garment has not been worn repeatedly (trying the garment on for size is fine).*

- The garment has not been damaged, altered or soiled.

- The item is returned to us in its original, undamaged packaging.

*Please remember to wear a liner when trying on your lingerie bottom or an outfit that has a panty bottom. This is for return and hygiene purposes. We trust that most customers are honest and will take the time to try on lingerie appropriately and carefully.

Although we will always try our best to exchange your item for the correct size in the same style, if stock is unavailable, we are happy to work with the customer to achieve the desired result whether that be a different style or similar exchange.

To ensure any issues are resolved promptly and as desired, please contact our Customer Service team via the contact us page prior to returning any items.
When returning lingerie items, the customer must include the original packaging.

Please be aware of the following:

- A customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

- It is up to our staff's discretion as to determine whether the returned item complies with our product exchange terms as outlined above.

- We only offer exchanges for products of equal value or less.

- Original packaging must not be soiled in any way and be intact.
