As such we have devised a returns policy that we believe to be fair for all. We are committed to ensuring the hygienic safety of all of our customers and due to the nature of our industry, we unfortunately cannot allow for returns/refunds due to customer change of mind or for non-faulty products. If you receive a product that does not work or arrives faulty, you have a full 30 days from the delivery date to let us know and we will replace it free of charge. Before returning a faulty product, we do please ask that our customers follow a few simple testing points as follows: We often see functional products returned to us only for it to be discovered that the batteries were incorrectly used. In such cases we will send back the same product. We kindly ask that you have followed the above steps, and are certain that the product is in fact defective before seeking a return. You must first obtain an RMA by contacting us here. You will need to provide the following information:
